Book a private meditation session.

I’d like to book a private meditation. I understand that this session is a virtual 1:1 session. I do not need to be experienced and it’s okay if I’ve never meditated before. I understand that this is a safe space. The appointment will begin as a consultation followed by a few breathing exercises, time to sit still, let go of stress and relax.

I understand that:

  • I will leave all things behind (phone, chores, friends etc.)

  • I can choose whether to have my camera on or off

  • I will plan on being uninterrupted for the duration of my appointment

  • I will be in a comfortable and quiet space

  • I will come with an open heart and open mind
